Description

Brewery House is a mid-18th century house, with alterations from the 19th and 20th centuries, that incorporates an earlier core. The brick façade is colourwashed, and the roof is covered in old plain tiles. The two-story, three-bay house is double pile, with a large wing extending to the rear. A central door has been replaced with a small sash window with a segmental head. Large four-pane sashes flank the doorway, also with segmental heads. Above, similar sashes are located on either side of a blind opening. The eaves are dentilled, and the roof is hipped, with a stack on the left side. To the right end, ornate 19th-century gates lead to the brewery, featuring openwork gate posts in cast iron.
