Description

This cottage and garden wall, located immediately south of Place Farmhouse, date from the late 18th century to early 19th century. The cottage is constructed from rendered cob and features a coursed flint wall along with a cob wall, topped with a thatched roof and wall coping. It is a single-storey building with three bays and has a casement window positioned to the right of the center. The roof is hipped, and there is a stack to the right of the center. Extending to the left, there is a wall that runs south for 40 meters, standing 3 meters high with thick coping.
