Description

Sharpe's Cottage is a 16th-century cottage that was altered in the 18th century. It features a timber-frame structure with wattle and daub and brick infill, topped with a thatched roof. The cottage has two bays with an outshot bay to the right and is one and a half storeys high. There is a planked door to the left of the center. Each bay has a two-light casement window, and there is an 18th-century two-light casement in an eyebrow dormer above. All windows are leaded. The roof includes a ridge stack, is half-hipped to the left, and sweeps down to the right, with the ridge stack positioned above the door.
