Description
Newlyns Farmhouse is a mid-19th century farmhouse built of brick, featuring an old plain and fishscale tile roof. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. It includes a central open tiled timber porch supported by brick walls, with a half-glazed door inside. On either side of the porch, there are three-light cast-iron lattice-glazed casement windows with segmental heads. The first floor has a raised band and features two-light similar casements and a single light in the centre, all set within gabled dormers. There are large moulded stacks to the left of centre and at the right end of the building.
