Description
Wych Elm is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and has an old plain tile roof. The building is two stories high and features three bays, positioned end on to the road, with a double pile and an outshot at the far end. The front of the house has a central six-flush panel beneath a tented hood supported by posts. On either side, there are 16-pane sash windows set under segmental arch heads. On the first floor, there are two 16-pane sashes with a blue header panel in the center. The eaves are dentilled, and there are stacks at each end. Additionally, there is a three-light casement window in the outshot.
