Description

Farthing Cottage is a pair of cottages dating from the late 18th century. They feature rendered walls and a thatched roof. The north front is wide and consists of two storeys with five windows above four. The roof is half-hipped. The plain walls include an east gable that has flint walls with brick quoins and bands. The windows are casements, and there are two plain doorways that are sheltered by 20th-century open timber-framed porches, which have lean-to roofs made of interlocking tiles.
