Description

This early 19th-century house is located on the south side of Winchester Road, Kings Somborne. It is constructed of brick with flint facing on the sides, and has a slate roof. The house is two storeys high and originally three bays wide, now with a double pile construction. The central doorway features six flush panels and a top light, set within a rendered arch. To the left is a 12-pane sash window, also with a rendered arch. A late 19th-century canted bay with a hip roof and large panes of glass has been added to the right, along with a painted shop sign area above. The first floor has three 9-pane sash windows, each with a rendered arch. A stack is situated at the left end of the building.
