Description

Chilbolton Stores and Post Office is a house and shop dating from the 17th century, with 20th-century alterations and additions. The building features an exposed timber-frame structure with panels that are either rendered or made of painted brick, topped with a thatched roof that has square-cut eyebrow dormers. It has one storey and an attic, with irregularly placed windows that are casements. The south side includes a 20th-century flat-roofed shopfront that projects forward.
