Description
Bannuts Farm is a house from the late 18th century, accompanied by adjoining garden walls. The building features brick walling in English bond with blue headers, red brick dentil eaves, red flat rubbed arches, and a plinth, topped with a tile roof. The symmetrical front faces south and consists of two storeys with three windows, while the east side has an outshot with one window. The windows are sashes in exposed frames, and the outshot has casements. There is a doorway with a canopy supported by brackets, leading to a six-panelled door that has two top-glazed panels, flanked by two lead fire insurance signs from Exeter. The garden to the east is enclosed by high walls made of plastered cob, capped with corrugated iron.
