Description

No 4 on Church Street is an early to mid 19th century building. It has a slate roof with overhanging eaves and is constructed from colourwashed brick. The elevation and ridge line are the same height as No 2, and the building features two window bays. The sash windows are set in reveals without glazing bars, topped with painted brick voussoirs. On the ground floor, there is a 20th-century plate-glass shop front and a central doorway, along with a modern fascia above. Nos 2 to 8 (even) are part of a group.
