Description
The garden walls to Kimpton Manor Farmhouse date from the early 19th century. The roadside boundary wall to the east of the house has a plain entrance in the center. This wall continues along the north side of the house garden and then turns south to connect with the service building. There is another section of wall located north of the stable block, and a length east of the stable block that turns southwards for a short distance near the service building. The walls are primarily constructed of cob, which is rendered, sitting on a flint base. Some sections feature flint with brick bands and bases. The capping along the road front is tiled, while the rear mostly has slated capping.
