Description
This is a table tomb located 14 metres south of St Mary's Church in Monxton, dated 1817. It is made of stone and has a rectangular shape with corner fluted pilasters that feature moulded caps and bases. The top slab of the tomb has grooved edge moulding, while the base has a single moulding. The inscription on the tomb refers to Catherine Jacob.
