Description

Southwood is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of stuccoed brick with jointed lines, and features exposed brick on the gable, topped with a plain tile roof. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door set within a flat-roofed trellised porch. There are five 12-pane sash windows in exposed frames, and the house has stacks at both ends.
