Description

39 St John's Street is a house dating from the early 19th century. It features roughcast front walls and a double-pile slate roof. The symmetrical southwest elevation has three storeys and three windows. The windows are sashes set in reveals, with two ground-floor splayed bays that have 20th-century casements. The entrance has a doorcase with a pediment supported by brackets, leading to a half-glazed door.
