Description

No. 1 Shore Road is a house that has been converted into a works office. It dates from the 18th century and features walls made of brick in Flemish bond with blue headers and rubbed flat arches. The building has a tile roof and a symmetrical front elevation facing southwest, which is two storeys high and has five windows. The windows are Victorian sashes set in exposed frames. There is also an early 20th-century half-glazed porch.
