Description

No. 3, Shore Road is an 18th-century house, now used as a works office. It is built of brick in a Flemish bond pattern and has a slate roof. The south-west front has a near-symmetrical design with two storeys and two windows. The windows are early 20th-century sash windows, and there is a wooden gabled porch. The building is included on the list for its group value, forming an irregular terrace with Nos. 37 and 39 St John’s Street and 1 & 3 Shore Road along a curving road frontage.
