Description

This 17th-century barn, located 75 meters west-northwest of Fryern Court in Fordingbridge, is constructed with a timber frame and features brick infill that has been painted, along with sections that are weatherboarded. The barn has an old plain tile roof and consists of eight bays. On the yard side, to the left of the center, there is a hip-roofed weatherboarded midstrey porch. In front of the barn, the other bays are complemented by 19th-century brick and slate lean-tos. The roof is half-hipped on the right side and hipped on the left side. Inside, the barn showcases a queen-post roof.
