Description
Sampson Cottage is a 19th-century facade on what may be earlier cottages, situated west of Furzy Mount on Angel Lane in New Milton. The building is constructed of red brick with a thatched roof, and includes a rear wing set at right angles. It is two storeys high with three windows in total. The western bay features sash windows with glazing bars. The eastern two bays contain Gothic arched windows; those on the ground floor form interesting small square projecting bays with solid sides. A later, off-centre porch has been added.
