Description

Ashley Manor Farmhouse is an 18th-century double pile farmhouse located on the south side of Lymington Road in New Milton. It is constructed of red brick and features a tiled roof with end chimneys. The building has two storeys and an attic, which includes two gabled dormers. There are three sash windows with glazing bars. The central entrance is accompanied by a small porch. To the east and west, there are single-storey outshuts; the western outshut dates from the early to mid-19th century and has a hipped slate roof, along with a very large three-light sash window featuring glazing bars.
