(West Side) Milestone SZ19 NE 9/369 II GV 2. C19. Cast iron milestone with raised lettering, giving distances to Ringwood and Christchurch along former turnpike road. The milestone forms a group with the gate, gate piers, lamp. railed wall and lodge at Moorlands Bible college opposite.

AS A RESULT OF BOUNDARY CHANGES THE AFOREMENTIONED BUILDINGS (FORMERLY IN THE BOROUGH OF CHRISTCHURCH) ARE NOW IN THE PARISH OF SOPLEY
