Description

This is an early 19th-century house located on the east side of King Street in Emsworth. It is stuccoed with a slate roof. The symmetrical front elevation, facing south-west, is of two storeys and an attic, with three windows. A Mansard roof incorporates two 20th-century dormers with casement windows. The walls are plain and feature an eaves fascia and a moulded eaves cornice supported by coupled brackets, along with a plinth. The windows are sash windows set within architraves. The doorway is sheltered by a trellis porch with a concave roof and an architrave, and contains a six-panelled door with two glazed panels at the top.
