C15, C17, modern. 2 storeys. Small western part comprises a 2-bay cruck-frame with C17 frame structure attached to the east; modern extensions on the north side. Red tile roof, of different heights, half-hips. The frame is exposed on the upper part of the eastern part (south side). The cruck is exposed on the west gable, but inside is fully revealed with arch braces. White painted brickwork but red herringbone brickwork infilling to frame. Modern casements.
