Description

Hollyoak Farm House is a building that dates from the 17th century and 18th century, with some modern additions. It has an old timber-framed core and an 18th-century timber-framed extension on the east side, along with a taller modern wing projecting from the west side. The house has one storey and an attic, while the modern wing has two storeys. The façade features three windows grouped in a 3:1 arrangement. The roof is covered with red tiles and has three gabled dormers with sills at the eaves level. The exposed frame is complemented by painted brick infill, with the new work done in red brick. The windows are casements, and there is a modern porch along with some rear additions.
