Description

The Old Plough is an early 18th-century timber-framed building with a smaller later extension to the north. It has one storey and an attic, featuring a symmetrical arrangement of one window on each side. The roof is covered with red tiles and includes a gabled dormer. The building has an exposed frame set on a high brick plinth, with painted brick infill and other walling. A large tapered stack is located at the north end of the original part of the building. The windows are casements, and there is a plain door with a later canopy.
