Description
Boyce Cottage is a mid-19th century building of two storeys and three windows. The roof is hipped and covered with slate. The construction is red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with cambered openings and a cement plinth. Windows are two-light casements. A plain doorway contains a half-glazed door.
