Description

Kingston House is an 18th-century building on the north side of Odiham High Street. It presents a symmetrical two-storey facade with a 1-3-1 window arrangement. The building has a hipped tile roof with lead rainwater heads and pipes. The walls are red brick in a Flemish bond, topped with a stone coping and a stone moulded cornice resting on pairs of cut brackets. There are rubbed flat arches above the windows, stone cills, and a plinth. The windows are sashes set in reveals, with three-light windows in the slightly projecting central section. The doorway features a round-headed opening with a decorated fanlight, panelled reveals and arch soffit, a six-panelled door, stone steps, fluted pilasters supporting a broken entablature with an open pediment.
