Description

The barn at Thackham's Farm, located to the north of the farmhouse, dates from the late 18th century. It is a timber-framed structure consisting of five bays, featuring a central entrance and an extension of two bays at the west end. The roof is covered with red tiles. The frame includes some arched bracing and later struts. The walls are constructed with brick-nogged exposed frame and have large diagonal strutting. There are also two small modern attachments.
