Description

1 Mill Street is an 18th-century building located in Titchfield. It features a painted stuccoed facade with a tall panelled parapet and is two storeys high. The front has three sash windows with glazing bars and a doorway that includes pilasters, a projecting cornice, and a rectangular fanlight. There is an additional northern section made of painted brick with two windows. The garden front has seven windows, including a curved bay with three windows on both floors. The tall panelled parapet has a small sash window in the center above the bow. A large external chimney stack is situated on the south wall. Nos 1 to 19 (odd) are part of a group with Nos 2 and 12.
