Description

Nos 15 and 17 on East Street are 18th-century buildings made of red brick with an old tiled roof and a large central chimney stack. They stand 2 and a half storeys high and feature two gabled dormers. The front has two windows, which are three-light casements with glazing bars, and the ground floor has an arched opening with rendered tympana. There are side doors as well. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 3 to 39 (odd) and Old Clarendon House, as well as Nos 2, 6, and 8, and Nos 14 to 18 (even), Nos 22 to 26 (even), Rockstone House, and Nos 5 to 11 (odd) The Old Lodge and Old Lodge Cottage on High Street, Titchfield. Nos 14 to 18 (even) and Nos 22 to 26 (even) are noted as buildings of local interest.
