It has a half-hipped roof, re-tiled, and features two dormers in the attic. The house is two storeys high with three windows, each set within a moulded, shouldered architrave that has an apron below. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars. A segmental porch provides access to a doorway with a rectangular fanlight above a door of six moulded panels.
