Description

Sunnyside is a cottage, originally part of a pair, built in the early 19th century and restored in the 20th century. It features stone walls and a tiled roof. The front, facing west, is two storeys high with four windows. The roof is half-hipped, with an outshot on the north side beneath a tile-hung gable, and a hipped roof on the single-storey south side. There is a 20th-century service wing. The stone walls are accented with brick dressings, and the windows are casements. The plain doorway has a tiled canopy supported by brackets. This building is included for its group value.
