Description

Grafton Cottage is a house that dates from the early and late 18th century, with additions from the early to mid-19th century and the 20th century. It is constructed of brick and tile and features a design that reflects several phases of building. The main exterior, which is primarily from the early 19th century, has two storeys and three windows on the front (south) side. This façade displays two hipped roofs of different spans and is built in Flemish bond with rubbed flat arches. The windows are sashes set in exposed frames, with the frames being wider on the west side. A Greek Doric porch with two slender columns leads to a six-panelled door.
