Description

The building is an oast barn located 15 metres west of Wey House, dating from the 17th century and early 19th century. It is constructed of stone and brick, topped with a tile roof. The barn is a low rectangular structure with a half-hipped roof at the south end and walls made of stone with brick dressings. Attached to the north end is a square oast, also built of stone with brick dressings, featuring a steep pyramid roof, although the cap is currently missing. The east side of the building displays exposed framing with brick infill, alongside sections of stone and brick walling.
