Description

Belgrave House is an early 19th-century building located on Newbury Street in Whitchurch. It features a symmetrical facade on the east side, consisting of three storeys and three windows, with the entrance positioned on the north side. The building has a low-pitched slate roof and is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, with rubbed flat arches, stone cills, and a high plinth. The second floor has old sash windows set in reveals, while the other windows are Victorian sashes. The entrance is marked by a plain doorcase that includes a moulded cornice and frieze, pilasters, and a panelled door.
