Description

The Baptist Chapel, built in 1840 and later modified, features a symmetrical front facing east with two storeys and three windows. It has a hipped slate roof and is constructed from red brick, which is complemented by stone lintels and cills. The eaves fascia, plinth, and pilasters are made of blue brick and topped with stone Greek Doric capitals. There are later casement windows and late 19th-century attachments at each end of the building.
