Description

15 Newbury Street is a building from the 18th and 19th centuries, featuring two storeys and an attic with two windows. It has a tile roof adorned with decorative ridge tiles and three small gabled dormers. The walls are roughcast with smooth cement details, including a moulded eaves fillet, quoins, a first-floor band that connects to the voussoirs of the ground-floor openings, and a plinth. The upper sashes are set in reveals, while the ground-floor windows are Victorian sashes. The doorcase is notable for its thin cornice and fascia above panelled pilasters, with panelled reveals and a six-panelled door.
