Description

37 Newbury Street is an 18th-century building that stands two and a half storeys tall and features three windows across its front. The roof is tiled, and there are brick dentil eaves. The walls are colourwashed and rendered, with cambered openings on the ground floor and a high plinth. The windows are sash style, and the doorway is topped with a cornice supported by brackets.
