Description

Hill Farm Cottage is a long house dating from the 17th, 18th, and 19th centuries. The house has a single storey and an attic. The central section features exposed timber framing in the upper part, with herringbone infill; the remaining walls are red brick in a Flemish bond, with some cambered openings. The roof is thatched, with a half-hip to the south side and a full hip on the north side, extended over an outshot, featuring eyebrows. Modern casement windows are present, along with a new porch.
