Description

Brocas is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys high and features three windows. It has a low-pitched slate roof and is constructed from red brick in English bond, incorporating some blue headers and rubbed flat arches. The windows are sashes set in reveals, and there is an angular bay on a brick base located on the north side. A Tuscan porch, which has been glazed, is also present. On the south side, there is a lower two-storeyed wing with two windows, designed in a similar style, along with an outshot and later additions at the rear.
