Description

Phoenix House is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys high and features four windows. It has a hipped slate roof, which is slightly lower on the east side. The exterior is made of painted brickwork, with a projecting band at the first-floor cill level. The openings are adorned with a moulded cornice above a plain frieze that serves as a slightly projecting lintel. The windows are sashes set in reveals. The entrance is framed by a porch in the Tuscan order, which includes two columns and two pilasters, leading to a square doorway with a fanlight above.
