Description

The Willows is a mainly 18th-century, two-storied, L-shaped building situated on Phoenix Green, Hartley Wintney. The building presents three windows to each of its main facades, arranged around an internal angle. It has a red tile roof and a substantial chimney attached to the north end. The exterior is red brick, utilising both English and Flemish bond patterns. The ground-floor openings are cambered, with some now filled. Windows are largely casements; number 2 has some early metal-framed lights, while number 1 has square-leaded panes. Modern porches have been added.
