Description
Widmoor Farmhouse is a Grade II listed building that dates from the 17th century, with early 19th century and 20th century alterations. This timber-framed house features later brick cladding and a recent extension. It stands two storeys high. The main front, which faces south, was originally symmetrical with three windows, but now has a two-window extension on the west side. The roof is covered with old tiles and has brick dentil eaves. The red brick walls are laid in Flemish bond and include a first-floor band, cambered rubbed arches, and a plinth. The older part of the house has casement windows with cast-metal lights, while the entrance has a modern doorway.
