Description

Steven's Farmhouse is a Grade II listed building that dates from the 17th century and 18th century, with some modern additions. It is a timber-framed house with one storey and an attic, featuring two-storey extensions from the 18th and 20th centuries. The roof is covered with red tiles and there are two small gabled dormers on the east side, positioned at eaves level. A large, tapered chimney stack is located at the south end of the house. The timber frame is exposed with rendered infill, while the upper walling above the render on the 18th-century extension is weatherboarded. The modern wing has painted brickwork and includes a large south porch. The windows are casements, and there is a glazed door in the porch.
