Description

This 18th-century barn, located 30 yards north-west of Malthouse Farmhouse, features a timber-frame construction with three bays and aisles on three sides. It is built with sawn timbers, incorporating a Queen post truss and straight bracing. The roof is hipped and covered with thatch, while the walls are made of elm boards.
