Highbury Cottage is a 17th-century and 20th-century timber-framed cottage featuring a thatched roof. It is one storey and has an attic, with irregular window placements. The exposed frame has rendered upper sections and painted brickwork on the lower part. The cottage includes modern leaded casements. On the east side, there is a taller modern extension designed in the same style, which has an open porch.
