Description

No. 45 on Main Road is a building that dates from the 17th century and the early 19th century. It has two storeys and features irregular window arrangements. The roof is thatched, with a half-hipped design on the south side and a hipped design on the north, sloping down to low eaves over an outshot. There is a single-storey extension at the south end with a tiled roof. The building has an exposed timber-frame structure with painted brick infill, and the outshot and extension have boarded walling. The windows are casements, and there is a half-glazed door.
