Description
Brocas Lands Farmhouse is a late 18th century building with mid and late 19th century elements. It features a symmetrical front on the south side, consisting of two storeys and three windows, with single-storey wings on each side of one window. The farmhouse has a tiled roof with end stacks, and the lower roofing of each wing ends in half-hips. The walls are rendered, and the windows are sashes set in reveals, with the upper windows having eight panes and the lower windows having sixteen panes. The entrance has a solid doorframe that encloses a three-pane fanlight and a half-glazed door, which is accessed through an open timber-framed porch.
