Description

Windabout is a house dating to the 17th and 18th centuries. It is two storeys high and has three windows. The roof is thatched, with a gabled southern end featuring a large, tapered chimney stack. The northern end of the roof is hipped, and there is a catslide roof at the rear, along with eyebrow dormers. The house has an exposed timber frame, except for the southern end, with painted brick infill and other walling materials. Casement windows are present, and there is a modern boarded front door.
