A long narrow building with a slightly later southward extension; 2 storeys, 5.3 upper windows. Slate roof, hipped at south end; eaves having brick dentils above a deep fascia. Red brick walling rubbed flat and semi-circular arches. Casements, some openings now filled. Date stone.
