Description

Worting Road features a short terrace of four buildings, dating from around 1840. The terrace is positioned at right angles to the roadway and has a rearward extension at its northern end. The front elevation facing the road showcases a continuous half-timbered design, which incorporates a re-used timber frame from the 16th century. The buildings are two storeys high with irregular window arrangements. The roof is made of slate, and the walls consist of painted brick infill along with other materials. The windows are casements. One of the buildings was once used as a Post Office.
